Impromptu 17: The Racket Ghost

In today’s prompt, Jeff Griffin asks us to take text from a poetry book we admire and translate it back and forth five times into different languages using Google Translate.

I chose one of my favourite books, full of exciting vocabulary, wild lyrical phrases, a book with an inclination toward the dark. I gleaned from only the prologue and one section because time.

here is the poem i created:

The Racket Ghost

the racket ghost is physical in black & purple pine skin

the racket ghost drinks from a froid bottle
